Captain Pablo's Adventures offers surf board rentals, lessons, and tours via Patricia's Surf Lessons, which is part of the family business and run by Pablo's wife Patty. With 10 years of experience here in Sayulita, Patricia and her crew will get you up and riding. Patricia's Surf Lessons cater to individuals and groups at any age, whether a beginner, intermediate or advanced. Patricia and Pablos' sons are both Mexican national surf champions and sponsored riders. And... part of the team to!   It's in the family blood so get on board. Literally!

Patricia's also rents boards (fiberglass, epoxy, soft tops and foamies) and have over 100 boards of almost every size and shape to choose from. You can sell and / or buy a board here to! Patricia's also features SUPs (stand up paddle boards) for beginners and for experienced stand up paddlers.  A new up and coming water sport, perfect on the gentle waves of Sayulita.

A Little About the Breaks
Right in front of Sayulita is a beginner, intermediate break with a right reef break and a left reef break.  Our most user friendly break is a sand bottom break in which you are only in water up to your waist and the wave is a gentle white water push that will give you a nice long ride into shore. We have several other breaks in the area (Punta de Mita side) where we can take you either by boat or SUV. These breaks offer a bit more challenge and often times less people.  Sayulita gets its wave swell from the north, northwest and the Punta de Mita swell comes from the south, so often when its not happening here, it is happening on the other side which is only 20 minutes from here.  To the north is Chacala, a 40 minute drive with an advanced, left reef break that can be world class.  San Blas, which has been a famous surf spot in Mexico for many years, is about an hour and a half north of Sayulita. There are other breaks to but we don't publish all our secrets! Just ask!
